Refund Policy

We want you to love your NIS PERFUME order. Refunds and exchanges are accepted for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within a reasonable time of delivery.

Before returning a product, please contact us first at nisperfume@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions before any item is sent back.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
